  • Designed by Olga Casey to complete her 'Men's Character' collection, Nostalgia is a generously proportioned cardigan worked in panels. Its body is made of three identical panels worked in Trinity stitch, two at the center front and one at the center back; its sides are two long, symmetrical panels without shoulder seams, worked in Right and Left Oblique stitch with Butterfly cables. To complete, there are two identical small under-arm panels with pocket pieces, then two sleeves, all worked in Rhomb pattern.

    In one size to fit M to L (finished width approximately 25.5", finished length approximately 28"), it is suitable for intermediate knitters, and uses 26 balls of elann.com Peruvian Highland Chunky.

The added shape to its body is created by knitting down after the centre-back join to create a short peplum.
