  • Sleek and slimming Fine Lines Cardigan, designed by Deborah Newton and knit in elann.com Den-M-Nit by Elaine Weyuker, features an empire waist and marries eyelet chevrons and vertical ribbed bands. In sizes SM/ and L/XL (finished bust 37, 40"; finished length 27.5, 28"), it uses 1212, 1414 yards of worsted weight yarn. Allowing for up to 15% shrinkage in length, works out to 14, 17 balls of elann.com Den-M-Nit. Simply add an extra 15% to all length measurements when knitting, then shrink to fit.
