January 2006 Design Contest Winners

We were astounded by the quality and variety of the submissions to elann's January design contest. The challenge was that the design had to be based on a reversible stitch pattern(s), and be a half circle, knit from the top down. Entries were judged on the beauty and originality of their designs, how well they met the design challenge criteria of the competition, and the quality, clarity, and precision of their pattern writing and charting.
