This beautiful shawl, designed by Lily Chin, was originally featured in Vogue Knitting Magazine - Winter 1999/00. It is the perfect wrap for your little black dress, or for any festive occasion. Reversible cables flow gently from end to end, wrapping you in softness and warmth. In one size 22.5" wide by 72" long, it uses 2304 yards baby or fingering weight yarn. Knit by Flora Yang, our sample used just 14 balls of elann.com Peruvian Baby Silk and was blocked to the specified size.

The Winter 1999/00 issue of Vogue Knitting is now out of print, but the Cabled Rib Shawl pattern is available for purchase at the Vogue Knitting website.
