This beautiful stole, designed by Jackie Erickson-Schweitzer and knit in elann.com Silken Kydd by Lorill Anderson, is knit in narrow panels of lace worked in opposite directions and joined as you go. An ethereal color graduation takes place across the strips by working double stranded as follows: 2 strands of color A, 1 strand each of colors A and B, 2 strands of color B for two panels, 1 strand each colors B and C, and 2 strands color C. A lengthwise separation between the third and fourth strips allows you to wear it in a variety of ways, suiting your personal style. With finished measurements of 50" by 22" after blocking, this stole requires 7 balls of our elann.com Silken Kydd as follows: 2 balls each of colors A and C (shown in Dusk Blue and Ballerina Pink) and 3 balls of color B, Cloud White.
