This beautiful stole is knit in narrow panels of lace worked in opposite directions and joined as you go. This creates a vertical symmetry of tear-drop pendant motifs across the six panels. A lengthwise separation between the third and fourth strips creates two narrower sections on one end of the stole and enable you to wear it in a variety of ways, suiting your personal style. With finished measurements of 50" by 22" after blocking, it uses a total of 675 yards, or 225 yards each of 3 colors, of DK or light worsted weight (20-23 st/4") yarn.
