Easy garter stitch knitting creates strips of lattice that are woven to give color and texture to this stylish purse (9" x 17"). The purse is then finished with purchased handles and simply constructed sewn lining. It uses 3 colors of sport weight (25 st/4") yarn as follows: 400 yards of Color A (lining) and 100 yards each of Colors B and C (lattice strips).
