Featured Design: This classically styled raglan cardigan, designed by Veronik Avery and knit in elann.com Peruvian Highland Donegal, is from Vogue Knitting Magazine - Fall 2008. Featuring coin-cabled front panels framed by ribbed bands and a modified shawl collar, the sleek snap closure gives it an urban feel. In sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL (finished bust 33.5, 36.75, 40, 43.25, 46.5, 49.5, 52.75"; finished length 21.75, 22.75, 23.75, 24.5, 25.5, 26.25, 27.25"), it uses 1116, 1209, 1395, 1488, 1581, 1767, 1953 yards of worsted weight (19-20 st/4") yarn - works out to 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18 balls of elann.com Peruvian Highland Donegal. Our knitter opted to close the cardigan with a Designs by Romi Eternity Shawl Pin instead of the snap closure. She also recommends placing the markers for the shawl collar and neck band between the right front and right neck sts and between the left front and left neck sts.
