I miss you.Do you know how to wear a square shawl. I am afraid that if I use this as a tablecloth one of the dogs will pull it off.

Need help finding a yarn
|
Kim have you looked at Fiber Artist yarn? There are a couple that I think would be excellent for "Lady". One is Sea Silk 70% silk and 30% sea cell, another is Silken 100% silk and then there is Lady Godiva, 50% silk, 50% wool. While it is very pricey, it is really beautiful yarn. I am going to us the Lady Godiva to make another "Lady" soon. There is a seller on e-bay and her prices are a bit less than what I`ve seen on the web at yarn sites. Here is alink: http://stores.ebay.com/Tidal-Brook-Yarns

SK YOUR SHAWL.....
|
It took my breath away. There has been a whole bunch of talk about this shawl on blogs and other chat`s and I just could not see what all the fuss was about. In fact I didn`t even like the thing as pictured in the magazine, but after seeing yours I now understand. Yours is a work of art.

I am glad to hear that everything is okay in your household. I was a bit concerned about you! My son lives in St. Louis and while he was at our house for a final visit a terrible storm passed through St. Louis. When he got home 2 days after the storm he was still without power.

Have you ever seen a baby wear a Kimono?
|
What were those things with the drawstring at the bottom called? I thought those were kimono`s. If they were then my kids lived in them until about 3 months old. Well, almost, DS#2 came home from the hospital looking like hamburger on his poor little bottom. He was allergic to pampers!!! So he spent the first month of life buck naked!!!
