Back In Tennessee where water towers behave I`ve been the green eyed monster! So happy to hear that you`ve kept your names out of the paper and still managed to have a great time. How long was your flight home? I`ve been on flights like that going overseas and have been tempted to pay the fine for smoking on a plane!

Back In Tennessee where water towers behave Benne, funny that you should mention WB. I am on the sleeves for my not your mother`s coat and for some reason the WB is working great coming off the pancake without any trouble at all. So, I decided to open the other box of 3ply WB that I`d bought and do you think that I can find it, NOT! I have torn the house up side down and it is nowhere to be found.Could it be we have a green water tower in this town that I didn`t know about?

Back In Tennessee where water towers behave Benne he was 25 pounds over in his luggage! The boys, Alex and Bismark (my babies) have been more interested in the bunny who has decided to make its home under our deck. They did give the WB a whiff last night and then looked at me with sad eyes and tails between their legs! Now if I could just find that darn box!!!

Patricia, - your box of WB These are great Les! I am convinced that my mother, whose ashes are sitting on the book shelf has helped herself to my yarn. She has done this before with jewelry!! After I become totally frustrated looking for something I yell"Mother this is no longer funny" and it usually reappears!!

Benne I got my mohair! Benne I finally finished my coat, just have to put it together!!! I am not happy with the way that the collar turned out so I will have to redo it. Your swatch looks great! I am so tempted by this mohair, but can not decide on a color, suppose by the time I do make up my mind it will be gone.

The Missing WB Saga As I said I searched everywhere for my WB, was very very sure that I`d not opened the box that it came in, as I knew what was in the box and thought it best to leave it sealed (moth prevention). I even accused DH of "removing" it since his luggage was 25 pounds overweight (wish I was only 25 overweight), but he said no he`d left my yarn alone because he knows how I react if he even goes near the sacred site!! On Monday, my DS had knee surgery and as I was going out the front door to the hospital, I said, “Mother, enough when I return I want my yarn to be put back where you found it”
DS has been having a few problems after surgery so it was not until this morning that I had time to return to my mission. I opened up a plastic container, the same one that I looked in probably 15 times and there it was sitting right on the top. Now if I could just remember why I was looking for it!

The Missing WB Saga Well Les she can only find and return things that SHE has taken! My mother was a huge practical joker:example
The first time I brought DH home to meet my mother, I was 15 and he was 16 and this was in the mid 60`s. We were sitting around the kitchen table on chrome chairs covered in naugahide and unbeknownst to me she had made herself a gadge out of a clothes hanger, rubber band and an a metal washer. You sat on this contraption and you would lift one cheek up and it would make a sound as though you were flatulating (nice word for farting). I was so embarrassed, I said Mother, and of course she said what, that wasn`t me and I knew it wasn`t me so I figured it was this new fella I`d brought home. She finally fessed up and we laughed so hard we were crying. So that is how my DH of 35 years was welcomed into our family.

Candle Flame Shawl Pattern Has anyone done this pattern? I found it at a web site a few days ago and it is really very pretty.Althought there are a few errors in the pattern it was easy to figure them out and make the necessary corrections. I am working on it now in Colinette skye monet and I am really very happy with it. If I can get my camera working I will post a picture if anyone is interested.
