Your daughter is a doll. My daughters had the loopy curls too. Great except for the mat in the back!! LOL
The sweater turned out gorgeous! Now, what psychology do you have to use to get 2 1/2 yo`s to wear something? Is it "don`t put on that sweater, it is just for special occasions" or is that the one for 3 1/2 yo`s? ;-}
Love the Noro in the booga bag. Great job.

Would that be "Huck weaving"? I remember doing that in home-ec. The cotton cloth had warp threads that were kind of loose and we wove embroidery yarn thru them, going up and down rows to make a pattern. I think a fabric or craft store might have the fabric on bolts.

It makes lovely warm sweaters. Makes the best/warmest mittens. They don`t get soaked like other woolen mittens.
