How dute is that scarf, Sandra!!

Nancy was knitting a deep blue one in Malabrigo. She just silently and effectively whipped it off between e-mails, snort!!

Very nice Picasso accessory, Les!
|
My 21 yo son came home today so I asked him if he would wear a scarf that shape. This is the country boy who is now a city boy. He put it on and said ya, he might, (with a little reticence)but just not with his country buddies! he liked the feel of it. I agree with Kelly`s comments - totally depends on the personality. I`d say yes, if he is a guy who likes clothes and also wears things that are more out there than wearing things that blend in. For a guy or girl, I think this yarn would make a nice "Noro Striped Scarf" - the Jered Flood one that was so popular last year. I do love this yarn.

Very nice Picasso accessory, Les!

Thank you all! The colour is called Blue Smoke. In the pic, it is more blue than in person. I was making it for a friend, thinking it was pretty grey but there is more blue in it than she can handle I think!! She just doesn`t like blue. Alas, I may have to keep it. So I wore it yesterday. It feels pretty nice around the neck. Didn`t experience "the itch".

OT About those Nanaimo bars, Les
|
I would keep them refrigerated. When they get to room temp for too long they are messy. That being said, no one in their right mind would turn down a messy Nanaimo Bar. AND, I have heard that they taste good frozen.....now where did I hear that....who would be desperate enough for chocolate to eat a frozen NB? LOL
