Heather:I learn raglan sleeves when I was teenager. I think it is the easiest way to do the sleeves. 90% of my sweater is done this way. It also fit better on me and on my husband. I have never done drop shoulder sleeves in my life. I am doing one now for my husband as an experiment. I don`t know how will that end up.

Betsy: My path is not an ordinary one. I have no washing machine, no TV, no flush toilet, and no....It is not easy to follow. I hope your lace yarn are coming out OK. I did my yarn only gentlely in hot water and hang dry above the wood stove (last winter). The hot water treatment to my yarn is just like give a baby a gentle hot bath. No force, no cold water, no agitation and hot dryer..... Sorry. Shui Kuen
