1995? Really? Reminds me of a bag I have stored containing all or most of the parts of an aran, saddle shoulder sweater I knitted in 1985. BUT, you finished yours! Hurray! Good for you, Chris. It looks wonderful.

I`m all for yarn related rewards! I think those are both nice colors--at least on my monitor. I don`t think you could go wrong with either. It`a nice gauge too--it would go quick!

Here`s the link to the one from LMKG--it`s actually from the Purl Bee but they adapted their version from the one in the book. They also show one with a reversible cable rib (like the circular shrug pattern here at Elann.) http://www.purlbee.com/cashmere-cowl/

Elann goes and re-stocks their highland chunky. I thought I had my fiber fill and now I`m pining for the grape that sold out so quick last time. Aaahh!!!! I need an intervention. Must log off now.

I`ve made it twice in the round and both came out fine. Perhaps check your yarnovers--maybe you are wrapping the wrong way?
