Harmony Guides - out of print?
|
No clue about your question, but as a gardener, I asked you another thread about whether your volunteer peach tree`s fruits were good. Would you say that they were the same as the variety that you had purchased to put up?
Sorry to hijack your thread. (Waiting with bated breath for new formats here......)

I`ve been to Allegan. It`s very good. Not as big as Rhinebeck, but it`s great. I don`t remember any mini T-rexes though...

Benne - About Slithery Critters

WOW. Big snake. So happy nobody was hurt. Poor momma kitty who would`t have been able to say what happened to her.

Chocolate is fine, but the antibiotics had better take soon. I got an infection from a rose prick.

my take on the new Knitters
|
Hmmm. Pictures on the web look much better than some previous issues of this magazine. But over all, nothing fabulous. I agree on teh crochet stitch. Why reinvent the wheel, when it`s EASY to make that stitch with crocet. I think thatthey may need a shakup in editorship over there .

Wildlife Report Update

Yea, not too attractive. I`m not wild about them since a friend with a farm told me about possums sharing the barn kitties food. There were about 9 kittens. She figured they would all be fine and didn`t chase off the possum. She returned back an hour or so later to find the kittens all dead. Possum killed them out of competition for food. She now does not permit possums on her property for her barn cats` sakes.

Spurred on by the Knitter`s thread....
What`s the oldest handknit..that you still wear?
Mine is dated 1985, knitted into the border.

The new Knitters --- a little better than in the past

I actually went to the bookstore to look at it. I like that green lacy cardigan...but decided it wasn`t worth it to buy the magazine this time for one pattern.

today...I wish that Benne would post some pics of the baby ducks...somewhere where we can see them pretty big (the ones at the left are so dinky when there`s serious cuteness happpening).

BIG duck pictures - Thank you, Bets!

Hey thanks! That`s great. Much nicer to have bigger cuteness so that I can actually appreciate the fuzz! Thanks for the great birthday gift!
