superwash bamboo

Cathy, I bought the Superwash Bamboo specifically for the February Lady. After swatching, I found that it stretched terribly. However, it did mostly go back into shape once it was dry. Still, with the garter and lace composition of the February Lady, I decided against using it.

Once, when I was a teenager, coming home very late (!), driving down the country road where I lived, the whole sky lit up, and began moving and swirling, with beautiful colors. I thought, well, I thought it was ME, but it lasted and lasted, until I finally realized it was the Northern lights. It was beyond spectacular. When I got home, I woke my mother up, at a very ungodly hour, so she could enjoy it also. We went outside and just gazed at the sky for over an hour.

Trust me. There is no going back once you have worn a cashmere sweater next to your skin. It makes the Mountain Goat sweater I made feel like steel wool.
