Happy Birthday Bets I told DH I didn`t want to go to dinner, I wanted him to COOK FOR ME. He looked pretty skeered. DH made me cake FROM SCRATCH yesterday, and cleaned the kitchen up when he was done.

Since I got back from the grocery at 7, I`ve had one puddle and lost a shoe to the Imeldamaker. Anyone need a heathen puppy?

(I gotta pretend the shoes are not wrecked-so he keeps going back to the same pair, not a different one.)

Love my Tweed but need to soften it........ Les, I read somewhere that rinsing your swatch in vinegar/water really flattens the hair cuticle. Have you washed your swatch?

Carloway HTT It came in today. Oh my. I had to work, and had someone order (buy out the store?) for me. I was hoping the green could be used with the green from the last Carloway offering. Sadly (only kinda sadly) it can't. This green was MUCH bluer and prettier!

Shopping and my cart stays empty! I've run into Betsy-hell. I keep putting yarn in my shopping cart, and my cart stays empty. Wahhhhh!

(No, really, I put some in, went to look at shipping, it said log in to look at it, and I did. Haven't been able to see anything but empty cart since-and I have tried to add a lot of yarn! Is it my browser?)

Shopping and my cart stays empty! Ann, I am in Safari. I closed my browser and restarted it. When I logged in, it showed an item from a previous visit, so I added a few balls of yarn. I got the "empty cart".

I want a Romy and Michelle moment (see clip at 2:00-3:00!)
