Help with sleeve cap on Gatto Class Cardigan

I am having trouble with this pattern. It says repeat last 2 rows 10 more times with 36 stitches remaining. Since I am working in M size, I can't figure out what the last two rows are. If I bind off 2 stitches at beg. of each row 10x, it would leave 18 stitches on my needle. In addition, it makes my sleeve cap very short. If I bind off only on the RS, it only shapes one side of my sleeve. HELP!
Cap shaping
Keeping continuity of pattern, cast off 3 (3, 3, 4, 4, 5) sts at the beg of next 2 rows.
Then cast off 2 sts at beg of next 0 (0, 2, 2, 4, 4) rows.
Next row (WS): Pattern even.
Repeat last 2 rows 8 (10, 11, 12, 13, 14) more times – 36 stitches now on needle.
Next row (RS): K2, SSKP, patt to last 5 sts, k3tog, k2.
Next row (WS): Pattern even – 28 sts now on needle.
Cast off 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows.
Then cast off 4 sts at beg of next 2 rows.
Cast off rem 14 sts.

There is one more correction to this pattern. SEE LINES 8 AND 9
Cap shaping
Keeping continuity of pattern, cast off 3 (3, 3, 4, 4, 5) sts at the beg of next 2 rows.
Then cast off 2 sts at beg of next 0 (0, 2, 2, 4, 4) rows.
Next row (RS): K2, SKP, patt to last 4 sts, k2tog, k2.
Next row (WS): Pattern even.
Repeat last 2 rows 8 (10, 11, 12, 13, 14) more times – 36 stitches now on needle.
Next row (RS): K2, SSKP, patt to last 5 sts, k3tog, k2.
Next row (WS): Pattern even - 28 sts now on needle. REMOVE
Repeat last 2 rows once more. 28 sts now on needle. ADD HERE
Cast off 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows.
Then cast off 4 sts at beg of next 2 rows.
Cast off rem 14 sts.
