I have to say I am impressed with your service.
I purchased items and they were shipped to me without a hitch. I was initially bothered that my card will be rejected cos I reside in Nigeria and I have experienced that with many sites but a mail from elann assured me that my card will be accepted and my goods will get to me 2 weeks from order date. I received them exactly 2 weeks and in perfect condition.
It may sound strange to some but variety of yarn is difficult to get in my country.
