It is gorgeous, and that Purple just glows on the beatiful model. It is precisely the kind of knitting which makes me take a second look at a pattern I wouldn`t have even considered in the first incarnation. I`m just shocked the Shetland Aran didn`t fly out of here. If I weren`t being so aware of how dangerous letting the floodgates down can be I would have stocked up on several of the colors left. It is only by repeating my There will always be more wonderful yarn, mantra that I can stay away from that Charcoal.

The yarn is lovely, but I`m full up on aran-weight yarn and trying hard to resist those lovely tweeds.

As Daryl says, the purple on your lovely red-haired model is a wonderful combination. This is possibly the best photo you`ve had, certainly one of the most memorable. Brava to the knitter, the model and the photographer!

I agree, I had to buy the pattern, and some of the yarn too! I limited myself to one color, and that was the Loden, but that deep purple is magnificient!
