Is it sparkly? I like the name of the pattern.

Thanks, Chris! I like the name too! This was my in-car project. I have another of her patterns "Hypotenuse" to knit next. Those "sparkles" are snowflakes! I`m going to scoop up the snow and send it to the ski hill in Vancouver!!

Beautiful scarf, Les! I like that you art directed the snowflakes for your shot. :)

Now I have to go add another of your inspiring projects to my Queue. But no knitting on it till after the Olympics. DH`s sweater is moving along nicely; we`ll have the first try-on tonight.
Yep, apparently Whistler hasn`t got enough of those snowflakes. It was so amazing that none of those women who fell so hard yesterday were badly hurt - although I think their version of `badly hurt` is different than yours and mine.

I love how the yarn stipes instead of pools with the pattern. Which color is it?

Amy - I like that effect too. I think the colour is "Victoria" - just looked at their site. http://www.fleeceartist.com/colours.html AND, I bought it in Victoria!! After the dyeing retreat with Alice, CLK (Cheryl, Susie and I drove to Victoria to have a look at Beehive Yarns and have lunch by the water before I caught my flight home.
