After seeing Dave Daniel`s latest post: http://theweavingstudio.com/archives/1772 I`m thinking the Ranco Multi will be perfect for a woven scarf! I wish it wasn`t two weeks away.

oooh, yes. But the good thing about it being a few weeks, is that the Christmas pressure will be over by the time it gets to me slow shipping, but I will be in holiday mode, hanging at the house so maybe I can steal a few hours to play. Have you don`t any waffle weaving yet? I haven`t tried it but it showed up the colors so much better than the plain tabby in that link. yummy.

It would be a great weaving yarn. I agree that the waffle looks so much better than the tabby. Unfortunately with just a rigid heddle the tabby is all I could do. I have some Ranco in my stash I may have to get out!

I`ve had the Halcyon Waffle Weave Towel kit since I picked the looom up from you, Daryl, but I haven`t woven it yet. I haven`t touched my loom since we moved. I wanted to warp a scarf today, but with three different contractors and a broken toilet, it didn`t happen. lol.
