Thanks SK-I am a little worried about DH cooking for ME. I`ve been trying to cook ahead following someone else`s good advice. Doesn`t THIS sound good?

Ditto. Have a speedy recovery. Yes, the curry sounds delish, except for the pineapple part. Do you have Trader Joe`s in E.Cupcake? I really like their reduced fat coconut milk.

I think the nearest Trader Joes is in New Mexico. Not a one in Texas. I would love either a Trader Joe`s OR an Aldi`s here.

Be gentle with yourself, Bets. You`re likely to be more tired than you expect, and rest truly helps with the recovery. Remember to have your favorite `comfort foods` available. ;)

Take good care of yourself. Don`t rush your recovery. Lots and lots of me time. I wouldn`t worry about food. You may find your taste buds have gone on holiday for a bit. fingers crossed, candle to be lit hugs suzann

Just send DH out for BBQ! We have been craving it, warm weather, already, and are 1/2 a** planning a trip down there in February.
Probably just the Austin area though.
Take care and I wish you a speedy recovery:-)

Best wishes for smooth sailing tomorrow, Bets! It sounds like you are well prepared, culinary-speaking for recovery :-), all your DH has to do is get the fresh fruits & vegetables!

Hey Betsy....I`ll be thinking of you tomorrow. Just sit back and let everyone pamper you because before you know it you will be up and about and everyone will be expecting you to take care of them. You deserve to take it easy for a while. Lap it up. Evelyn
