DD#2 loves dress up and likes to use my clothes. I did a second take today when I saw that some of my cropped sweaters look better on her than they do on me. Sheesh, she`s only 8 and she`s wearing a 6.5 in women`s shoes. My 11 YO has bigger feet than me now. Eegads.

Be grateful when her feet are too big to borrow your shoes.
I wandered by my shoe rack once, and found my brand new pumps with the kitten heels off to one side....I found out later that DD had a special `event` requiring business clothing! And my shoes were too small! ;-)

It cracks me up how those little girls feet grow first. They walk around like people wearing flippers and then suddenly they are taller than we are! I think whoever brought cropped sweaters into fashion must have had adolescent kids who grew taller and had longer arms over night. The current trend is a godsend to knitters whose models outgrow the sweaters being knit for them at the speed of light.
