Oh, I like all the cheerful elements in your socks. And I bet they feel great on, too.

Pretty socks. Do you have sock blockers? (thinking I should get some) I don`t know why I never think of Esprit as a sock yarn!

Thanks Gals, no sock blockers here. Seem kind of pointless to me. While looking for a non-wool sock pattern on Ravelry, I found this pattern for that name-brand-yarn-that-is-identical-to-Esprit-just-more-expensive and substituted the Esprit. Only took one wee ball per sock but most of it. Truth be told, the fabric is quite thick and I didn`t advance the ball really on a hot weather summer sock project. It`s going to TX. But I think it will be very comfy having that bit o` stretch.

PS: the recipient is a yoga instructor and says her students love all her handknitted socks so I usually add a bit of whimsy to them, such as the contrast toes. If they were for me, I`d have knitted the solid color to the end.

That is one great pair of socks, Joan. Love the different color toes. Like a wink. I never bother with sock blockers. I just put them on and the old foots block them. :-} suzann ps I miss your blog posts
