After all that tough talk, DH is mailing off 2 holiday knit projects today. I made a lovely scarf out of K1C2 Mousse from a few years back for my pregnant friend and an earflap hat for her DH, to match a hat that I made for their first baby. Both in sierra aran, too.
As if that wasn`t enough, I`m about to go stash diving for some more scarf yarn. Who knows what else I`ll find and end up "needing" to knit.

YUP. Only none of mine is done, all in my head as it is every year.

I no longer knit gifts for Christmas, but where I have caved is in knitting stuff for my baby nieces.

Bri, I remember that delectable Mousse when it came out and somehow I resisted. Your scarf turned out terrific! So nice that you have a knit hat for her DH to include in the package, hope you get to see father & baby in matching hats someday! I`m just doing a couple hats for my immediate male family this year and it will be no secret as I plan on using their heads for trying on as knitting prgresses.
