Beautiful sweater, fabulous cables, and I`m so glad to see you wearing something great that you made for yourself. So many times I think we make gifts for others and forget that we need to wear those special handmade items too. Kudos! Benne

Your knitting is so precise and beautiful, cables or lace, it`s always a level of knitting for me to aspire to achieve. The blue sweater looks like October skies, so pretty and the Charlotte`s Web is lovely. I would not have thought of using Katrina for a shawl. Will you keep your Katrina projects or will they be gifts? B2

Your Katrina projects are just beautiful SK! Wow! from beautiful lace to cables in your pullover. What stitch did you use beside the cable? Is that your mom`s coin cable done side by side? Looks really good together. Les

SK, that is exactly what I have been dreaming about for my Ocean for DD#1. I`ve been culling cable patterns trying to find just the right one so I can start as soon as I finish my B&B. Is it a raglan? Any hints on how you did it would be greatfully received, and I hope your family is doing better. Daryl

Shui Kuen, I have missed your posts and the pictures of your beautiful work. The blue sweater is a dream. The cables, the color, everything perfect. I hope you keep the sweater for yourself. It would be such a great color on you

I always enjoy your pictures. You have such a way with taking yarns to places I don`t think the designers realized they could go. Lovely.

Lovely lovely work, SK. That sweater turned out so well. The Katrina does a good job of showing off your stitchwork. It`s for your mom, isn`t it?
I am surprised too at the lace potential for this yarn. Did you enjoy working with it? I found it nice on the hands. A comfort knit.

This is fascinating. Two different effects using the same yarn. Both very beautiful work. Suzie

Shui Kuen, What beautiful knitting! I have 7 balls each of two different colors and didn`t think I`d have enough to make cables or texture, but seeing your sweater I`m encouraged! What is the chest size of the sweater? Your Charlotte`s web is so precise and regular, it is a pleasure to look at. I like the color in that lace too...is it the Dawn shade? Any tips on blocking the Katrina lace (did you have to wet, stretch and pin it)? Very nice work, I can see you`ve been busy! Sandra

Shui Kuen-
How do you like the Katrina in a shawl? I have doubts because I can`t see actually blocking it. Did it give you trouble?
I love that afternoon sky color of Katrina-it`s a nice strong color, but still light enough to show off your mother`s design. I just finished my Katrina top, and even tho it is a simple pattern, it feels very dressy. Will you keep this for yourself?

Shui, thanks for posting both of your beautiful projects. I appreciate having the comparison between such different stitches.
