Grace, I really like your fruit hats-are you using a basic pattern and just varying the colors? I think the watermelon is adorable!
Your shawl is very nice-it looks like foam on the ocean. I haven`t messed too much with ribbon yarns and shawls-did you have trouble with twisting, or was it well behaved?
Very nice!

Grace,
The shawl is great! I really like it. turned out great.
The hats are adorable. Are they for the Harlot charity?

Grace, We`ve found where the knitting elves are being kept. Your needles must be smoking. I love the hats, truly precious, and that shawl is awesome. I don`t know how you do it and do it so well. Bri

Those hats are precious and I love the shawl in ribbon yarn. It gives it a whole different look.

I`m liking those hats a lot, Grace. Your shoalwater has me inspired to think about moving my shoalwater up the list. By the time I get to mine, you`ll have made several more :)
Keep on knitting!

thank you all, the ribbon yarn probably twisted but I didn`t worry about it, it is on the thick side and almost looks like twists are a part of its characteristics, its only the third time I used ribbon and i enjoyed it The hats are for Harlot, one for CA one for Boston, I used cotton for them I still have some seeds and some leaves to do I am working on Mystery Stole 2, Icarus and Print o the wave and Chemo Turbans are in serious planning at the moment.

The hats are excellent! You could do a whole fruit basket theme, Grace...Fuzzy peaches, shiny red apples, yikes! You could call it Tootie-Fruity Art!!
The shawl looks pretty intense...lots of work, eh??? Obviously, though, it was well worth it.
