Posts 11 		I can`t seem to get this pattern. It says to K1 *P2 tog, yarnover, k1, p1, k1 repeat from * then the next row is P1 *K2 tog, yarnover, p1, k1, p1 repeat from *.

My problem is I must be doing the yarnover wrong or something. Take the first row - after Purling 2 together I put the yarn from front to back (isn`t that yarnover) and then k1, p1, k1 but the problem is if I do that then there really isn`t an added yarnover stitch....help!

Posts 4243 		You have to put the yarn over the right hand needle, not under it and k the next stitch. That will make the hole. It feels a little awkward but that`ll do it!! good luck!

Posts 1784 		Depending how you knit, you may need to take the yarn right around the needle, and only then knit the next stitch. For the first while, check each time to make sure that you have added a stitch, then it will become automatic.
