Hi Laura,
It`s listed under Effectiveness by Design. Here`s the link - http://secure.elann.com/productdisp.asp?NAME=Effectiveness+by+Design+Leaflet+S024+%2D+Casual+Cables+Cardigan&Cat=&ProductType=4&Count=17
You`re going to like knitting this, it`s a terrific pattern. :-} Benne

Benne, while your mind is on this subject, I am going to ask you a question about this pattern, which I bought last fall. I remember you mentioned that even though you made gauge, you would knit it one size larger if you did it again. Is it because your finished size was different from the size the finished on the pattern, or because you decided you would prefer it larger?
Marta who is clearing the way and inching ever so slowly towards starting her cardi...hopefully still in this lifetime...lol

Hi Marta,
I thought while it was a great cardi, if I made it one size larger it would be more jacket-like, a little longer and I could wear a sweater under it more comfortably. I loved making this pattern, it`s a lot of fun and just so well designed. Have fun with yours. What yarn are you using? Benne

Well, I am not yet "using" any yarn, because I am still dreaming of making it...I have ended up with enough PC alpaca in bisque, white and gray, so eventually I will finish all the other things that are in the way and get going on it, probably in bisque (at least that was the original idea...)lol Thanks for the prompt answer. I made mine from the cactus alpaca and have one on the needles in the bisque. I highly recommend the bisque, the cables look beautiful in that color. Did you see Corinna`s (farmin`garmon) in the raspberry alpaca, it`s a knockout! But you know how I am about reds. lol Benne

The pattern calls for a worsted weight and HW knits up at 19 so it should work out very well. Maybe someone here has made it from HW and can help you more. Your color will be beautiful made up in cables. You`ll have to post a pic to add to the gallery of casual cables. I keep thinking one day we`ll all meet somewhere and we`ll all be wearing the same cardigan. lol Benne

I am really looking forward to doing the alpaca, and this idea of HW may work for another one (as a present) afterwards. Do I keep dreaming or what?!!LOL Yep, I saw all the pictures, and that raspberry almost got me - but I already had all the other colors (the greywas for another project that is on hold), plus the blue, plus untold other yarns waiting - oh, you get the picture, one has to stop somewhere, however painful it may be!!!LOL Sometime in the future... I made it in PC Alpaca in Bisque, and it was a sheer joy to do and to give to its intended recipient, who claims its the softest, warmest, greatest sweater she`s ever owned.

I had forgotten it was in bisque, but yes, I saw the picture of your sister`s cc, to which you imparted your own wonderful twist. I am really looking forward to getting mine started - and finished!lol Marta
