Way to go girlfriend! I`m very proud of you for finishing the Anouk and it looks great. I know DGD will love her puhpul castle sweater. Your scan of the castle that you sent me was beautiful. Benne

Outstanding Bets! Are you still interested in the bags of wool that I have? I do not like it at all and I do not think that I will use it. Let me know.

Oh, Don`t make this pattern (anouk) for anyone larger than a lap baby-the sides are open, and I think that`s icky on a kid that can walk or talk. I did not care for it, I have to make another one, and I think it would be much better in the round. Thanks for the kudos all.

I had to take a look at the Anouk pattern after seeing your pic, Bets! I have a pregnant friend to knit for after she delivers a <gender unknown> - now I am hoping it is a girl! I ordered more HW for just for Anouk (*somebody* I know will have a girl, sooner or later...) ...yes, I am just using your beautiful example as an excuse to buy more of the addictive Highland Wool! (Went with the Orange Brandy for the MC, much nicer than the usual Pylon Orange.) Oh, and nothing is ever symmetrical on a 2 year old, not for very long, anyway. So there!

They are both really gorgeous Bets- make sure you post pics of her wearing them, if you can. I`d love to see those!

do you know how frustrating it is first not to have ones cursor working and then not to have the keyboard respond? It`s like being mute!! Yes, there was more than a little cursing of the cursor by 4 of us. Luckily I had all of my xmas shopping to do in the city... all is well now Bets - the baby clothes are just gorgeous. I know how you disliked doing the jumper - but one would never know!! It sure is cute as is the puhpul sweater. Are they coming to your place for Christmas or did you have to send them really, really fast? I hope that they are coming to your house so you can play with that little one! Cheers! Les

Bets the outfits are just adorable! She will be moving so much that the pockets will look symmetrical! The colors are very bright and cheery.
