Gisela, I`m sorry it took me so long to reply. I`ve been offline for a while. I made up the pattern for the christening dress. I used the Sweater Wizard software for a tiny sweater. Then I knitted the bodice, bottom up, from that pattern (leaving it open in the back). Then I picked up stitches for the skirt and knitted around and around and around for about six weeks. Then I used two circulars to knit in the sleeves. After all that, I added a lace border to the hem and sleeves. Thanks for your interest. Melinda

Oh thanks Les, that was the week I was out-of-pocket, and when I got back, I didn`t have the energy to go thru all the posts. I hadn`t seen anything from Melinda in AGES.
