I had a pleasant experience with my Mari sweater pattern that I thought I'd share.

I was just getting started on a sweater and had made it to the point where the stitch count from the ribbing was being increased for the body. The count of exactly where to increase didn't work out, so I checked Mari's website. No corrections for that pattern were listed. But, she provides her email address and her phone number for questions.

I emailed her on Friday afternoon and she responded that evening with an apology and a promise to provide the correction by Saturday (today). I received the corrections by noon. I think that is pretty great and just wanted to share.

Robin
