Posts 6 		Hi. I have recently caught the dyeing bug. I would love to knit socks with some beautiful, variegated, hand dyed yarn but it is so expensive. Has anyone tried to dye the white Elann Sock-It-To-Me yarn? If so, how did it turn out? Did the yarn accept the dye alright? Were there any problems? Thanks in advance. Marg

Posts 5237 		Yup, it dyes beautifully, and if you feel adventurous, try working on some of the coloured skeins too. You can get wonderful results by overdyeing already-colored yarn.
