I wanted to let you all know, just because I haven`t been around doesn`t mean the yarn is safe from me! SK and Bets have got me covered. ;-} Actually, I am writing this from the hospital following life-threatening emergency abdominal surgery last weekend. I`ve always thought we had way too much small intestine anyway, and no one`s gonna miss a foot or so. I am doing okay but recovering slowly, very slowly and have not had anything by mouth for a week or so. All I can think of is Alice`s
Stilton Cheesecake Recipe performed by the talented Les.
I am using Thom`s laptop so I don`t know when I will get to sign in again. But remember, if I don`t get the yarn, somene else could be doing it for me.:-}

Oh Benne, that`s so frightening. What an awful thing to have to go through. I`m glad that you are on the mend. Take good care of yourself. I`m sending healing thoughts your way.

Hey there girl. It takes quite a knitter to enhance her stash from a hospital bed :) You concentrate on knitting your body back together so we can continue to enjoy your company.
Suppose we can get Les to make another of those cheesecakes?

Dear Benne, thank goodness you are all right! You just concentrate on getting better; the yarn, knitting and we chatters will always be there for you!
I`ll have to remember to get some yarn buyers by proxy for me if the need should ever arise :-).

Yikes Benne! You should be feeling a boost coming your way in the next day or so with every Elannite beaming good wishes your way. You certainly have my hope for a speedy recovery. I prescribe wool fumes as necessary therapy!

Holy cow! I am so relieved to hear you are OK. Recovery should be quicker with deliveries of wooly bouquets in little white boxes. Get lots of rest and take care of yourself so you can go home soon. I`m sending healing vibes your way.
