The stole is rectangular shaped, using a scalloped motif for edging and a flower (ox-eye daisy) motif for the body. It is knit in two pieces and grafted together at the center using Kitchener stitch. Photographed by elann.com in beautiful Stanley Park, Vancouver, this light and lacy shawl is inspired by summer meadows. The designer started with some green yarn and a cloverleaf insertion. Clover flowers then sprung up in the middle of the field of leaves and attracted bees.
