Knittingmachine Hi all,
I mostly knit by hand but have been looking into bying a Knittingmachine for the last two Years. The problem is that they all look so complicated. So many choices and I am afraid to spend that much Money on something and then maybe not be able to use it. Is there a Machine that is easy to use ?

Needing some pushing and inspiration Congratulations on the Baby. You just need to find something that is easier and faster to finish. My Daughter went through the same thing when she had her Baby, she just had no motivation on doing anything. Make a pair of socks for the Baby, that only takes one evening.Btw do you know if Boy or Girl? I hope everything goes well for you. A nd you better find a musiclock with the sound of Knittingneedles-that child is already hooked on it,lol.

Needing some pushing and inspiration I hate to say it, but yes they do lol. They have a musicbox that you can make what ever you want, just transfer any sound or music on it and it will play it.But you can do that cheaper on a CD Player or Cassette Player (then you got money left for more Yarn to buy). I can;t wait for my Grandchild to be old enough so I can teach her how to knit, guess I have to teach her numbers first by counting Yarnballs lol.

Bets! What a classic photo! Love the way she just looks at you as to say"mom now you realy lost it". But love the idea of the dogs modeling( can`t get hubby to stand still long enough).BTW I live in California too,but wayyyyyyyy out in the Desert-nothing else to do but knit.Keep up the Critter Pictures ,I just love them.

Trip to Germany Well, I just got back from my trip to Germany and must say that I am in big trouble now. Found a Outletcenter for Europian Designeryarn and came back with two Suitcases full,plus mailed six huge boxes full home.Never mind to say that Hubby almost had a Heartattack when he saw all the Yarn(and the boxes did not arrive yet).Now my Question is.....it is Hubbies fault for letting me get over there with a creditcard in my Pocket right....????? lol
But the Yarn was just to pretty AND it was half price!!!

Trip to Germany I am sorry too.Maybe next Year we can try if you are still there.I go once a Year to visit my Parents.They live in the Northern Parts but after driving 18 hours to visit my Daughter here in the States,driving for 6 hours to see you would be a breeze lol.(think driving 18 hours in Germany would put you about right in the middle of the ocean-either way)lol.
