Taking a look at the peeks with thoughts of the Seta Lana
|
Do you mean like Amaranth with Blueberry and Grapes, or Juniper with Rose Garden or Pot Pourri, or Celadon with Beech Wood, or...?
Oh, I wish I had the color sense that some of you have, this is fun...

Is the price right?!...I mean, I don`t know who would buy it, but even THAT seems a lot of work and yarn...

Blocking pins & measuring yarn
|
I`m sure you`ll get better answers, but I bought a box of quilting pins (several hundred) and haven`t seen any rust yet. Now, yours must get more use than mine...

Our Very Own Shui Kuen

Thanks for the link! I passed it on to the SIL who received as my Christmas present the Luna Moth I knitted in Super Kidd. It was indeed a treat to listen to the interview - I couldn`t help smiling all along...

DB Pure Cashmere in Lavender
|
In the frenzy that was that sale, I ended up with a little too much of the lavender, too little of the African Violet, and none of the dark beige color (can`t remember the name). If anyone came up short on lavender, I am open to a swap.
Marta
P.S.: this yarn is totally delicious!

DB Pure Cashmere in Lavender
|
Thanks anyway, Laura. I will find a way of using all I got, but thought there might be someone with a similar predicament. I still have some (intended) Christmas presents to finish, but can`t wait to work with the DB...
Happy knitting,

neck cowl
|
I haven`t seen that one yet, but the cowl on Last Minute Knitted Gifts is 20 inches in circumference (gauge 26=4", thinner fabric) if you follow the instructions... I made one in Elann`s Baby Cashmere for my niece, and it turned out very well. Maybe you can use that as a guideline.
