<description><![CDATA[Thank you so much for all of your advice!  Question, if its fleas and I wash the area with soap and water it should turn a little pink due to the blood correct?  I am not getting any pink nor do I find fleas anywhere so the Acne &quot;diagnosis&quot; sounds the most likely.  I will be taking her in to be spayed soon but I will immediately start cleaning her dish more often and wash her chin with this soap.  I am so lost as I have never had a pet that we allowed into the house before.]]></description>
